Rent is fully loaded so each of the 10 bars will be build into a turnkey state. All you as the owner will be required to do is acquire the license for alcohol, cigarettes, consumables, drink, EPOS and to staff it.
MEG Ltd (Mayfairs Entertainment Group Ltd) will provide all the site staff to maintain, secure and housekeeping operations.
